The ancient Desert Oaks of Central Australia can live for over 1000 years, survive the toughest droughts by shutting down, grow roots up to 15 metres deep to find water and have needles instead of leaves to reduce evaporation. Family Tree is a love poem to the unique forms and textures of the Desert Oak.
